Andrew Wilford
DIRECTOR OF STATE POLICY

Andrew Wilford is Director of State Policy at National Taxpayers Union Foundation, where he researches the impact of tax and fiscal policy on interstate competitiveness. In addition to advising on the drafting of numerous policies at the state and federal levels, he is a columnist for TaxNotes, has authored hundreds of op-eds in other outlets such as Forbes, USA Today, and Investor's Business Daily, The Bulwark, and National Review, and is a regular commentator on state tax issues at conferences, in print media, and on the radio. Andrew also maintains NTUF's recurring Migration in Minutes and Remote Obligations and Mobility (ROAM) Index research reports.

Andrew has been with NTUF since his graduation from American University in 2016 with a B.A. in Political Science. He currently resides in Virginia.
