National Taxpayers Union Foundation (NTUF) is the research arm of NTU. Founded in 1977, NTUF provides impactful data and research on fiscal issues.
NTUF's signature project is BillTally, which tracks the cost of bills in Congress and calculates the net spending impact of each Member's legislative agenda. With over two decades of data, BillTally provides unique insight into Congress' spending priorities over time.
