Medicaid Expansion a Bad Deal for Oklahoma Taxpayers

To expand Medicaid or to not expand Medicaid? That is the question Oklahoma voters will have to answer June 30. If voters approve State Question 802, it will mean more state spending, more Oklahomans on the government dole, higher health care costs and the inevitable tax increase. The outcome of this election will have serious implications not just for taxpayers, but all who are enrolled in a health care plan in the Sooner State.
