Inside NoVA: Arlington taxpayers’ group laments latest ratings of local delegation

Excellent work from the Arlington County Taxpayers Association (ACTA) as their work spreading the results of NTU’s latest Rating of Congress appeared in Inside NoVA yesterday.

The results for Arlington’s Congressional representation were not good for taxpayers: Rep. Jim Moran scored 20 percent, while Sen. Mark Warner scored 14 percent and Sen. Tim Kaine logged an 11 percent.

ACTA President Tim Wise said NTU’s Rating lets taxpayers know where their reps stand, “Kudos to the National Taxpayers Union for their efforts in compiling this annual scorecard, which allows taxpayers to hold their members of Congress accountable.”
