The biggest news of the day is Rep. Eric Cantor's primary election loss in Virginia. The 7-term House Member's agendas averaged just over $11 billion in savings per term, ranging from a high of $56.6 billion in spending during the 109th Congress to a low of $87 billion in savings in the 111th.
