Today NTU and US PIRG launched their second 'Common Ground' report, detailing over $1 trillion in cuts, worthy of bi-partisan support, to be submitted to the new Congressional "Super Committee". That's over 80% of the amount they are required to find to avoid automatic triggers in the debt ceiling legislation.
