NTU launched the 32nd annual Rating of Congress in the organization's storied history. The results clearly demonstrate the large divide between the two parties in the 111th Congress. There were some tremendous high scores put up by lawmakers defending taxpayers against an onslaught of mammoth spending legislation. Then of course there were the rock-bottom scores put up by those who were voting FOR all those bills.
