NTUF Takes a Look at March in The Taxpayer's Tab

The adage is that March begins like a lion and ends like a lamb.  Regardless of the animal metaphors -- donkeys and elephants included -- March was a busy month for legislators on Capitol Hill.  According to NTUF's Taxpayer's Tab, since the beginning of this Congress, "NTUF analysts have thus far scored 684 bills.
