Last Friday, VP of Government Affairs Andrew Moylan (right) and Federal Government Affairs Manager Brandon Greife (left) presented Representative Marsha Blackburn (R-TN) with the 2011 Taxpayers' Friend Award for receiving an "A" grade in NTU's annual Rating of Congress.
Rep. Blackburn's "Taxpayer Score" of 93 percent, was one of the best in the entire Congress, placing her 8th in this year's rankings. By exercising consistent leadership in voting to reduce federal spending, taxes, and debt, Rep. Blackburn has truly earned the title, "Taxpayers' Friend."
