Brandon Greife is the Federal Government Affairs Manager for the National Taxpayers Union. In this role, Brandon is responsible for NTU’s lobbying efforts at the federal level, where he advocates for lower taxes, and a smaller, more frugal government.
Brandon began his work in the conservative movement as the Political Director of the College Republican National Committee. While there he managed several election-year field operations and developed the Committee’s first-ever issue campaign, focusing on the future impacts of government debt and deficits.
He is also a regular contributor to the U.S. News and World Report’s Thomas Jefferson Street blog, and his writings have been frequently featured in several other prominent conservative blogs.
Brandon graduated from the University of North Carolina with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and History and received his Juris Doctorate from the University of North Carolina. While in school Brandon gained significant policy experience interning at the North Carolina Court of Appeals, the Charlotte-Mecklenburg District Attorney’s Office, and with the Office of University Counsel.
