The Independent Women's Voice is looking for the most creative highlighting the problems with the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act as we approach the anniversary of its passage. The National Taxpayers Union submitted the entry here to show how something that claims to improve healthcare, in fact does little that actually relates to the practice.
