Senator Saxby Chambliss (R-GA) recently announced his retirement, leaving a senate seat wide open, but how do the possible replacements stack up? compiled ratings from NTU, and three other organizations dedicated to fiscal responsibility, for the contending House members.

With the Senate’s passage of the $50.5 billion Hurricane Sandy relief package yesterday, many lawmakers are touting the bill’s supposedly slimmed-down merits. However as Breitbart notes, the bill includes funding for the controversial HUD program, among other unrelated initiatives.
