Richard Lipman

Director of Development

Rick is the the Director of Development for National Taxpayers Union and Foundation, where he oversees outreach efforts to NTU's 360,000+ donors nation-wide. Rick implements donor stewardship programs with the goal of creating new and lasting relationships through cultivation, grant writing, and outreach. He also focuses on strengthening NTU's relations with the business and philanthropic communities.

He has served in various capacities in NTU's Development Department since 2009. Prior to working at NTU, Rick interned with the International Affairs Taskforce at the American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC), as well as the Government Affairs department with the American Red Cross.

Rick obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies from Susquehanna University in Selinsgrove, PA.
