  • Among the states and territories, California’s House delegation had the 5th largest average net spending agenda: $341.7 billion.
  • In the House of Representatives, 57 members proposed net spending increases of over $1 trillion; 14 were from California.
  • The largest of those agendas belonged to Representative Barbara Lee, who proposed over $1.4 trillion worth of increases.
  • The California Senate delegation proposed $25.8 billion in net spending increases on average, the 5th highest in that chamber.
