As the six-year anniversary of the Supreme Court’s decision in Wayfair1 approaches, some may be tempted to see the issue of economic nexus for sales taxes as a largely settled one. For many state legislatures and revenue departments, it likely is — after all, the revenue source they sought has been turned on.
