National Taxpayers Union Foundation (NTUF) President Pete Sepp on Wednesday welcomed Pat Miller as the newest attorney with the organization’s public interest litigation arm, the Taxpayer Defense Center.
In this role, Miller will work to protect taxpayers against overzealous and unfair tax administration in court and through legal filings. Miller previously worked as Senior Assistant Attorney General in the Wyoming Attorney General’s Office representing various state boards and agencies. He earned his J.D. cum laude from the University of Michigan Law School and his B.A. in Business Management from Azusa Pacific University.
“We are delighted to welcome Pat to our team,” Sepp said. “His governmental experience will be essential to maximizing the success of our legal efforts on behalf of taxpayers.”
