Samantha Miranda is the Operations Coordinator for National Taxpayers Union Foundation. She is part of the 2026–2027 cohort of the Koch Associate Program, where she will further her professional development and education in free-market principles. 

Samantha’s experience in cross-cultural exchange motivated her to earn a BA in Global Studies and Spanish from Hood College in Frederick, MD. While in college, she learned about the negative consequences of command economies and authoritarian governance, fostering her interest in classical liberal ideas. 

Outside of her professional endeavors, you can find Samantha at a board game night with friends or in the kitchen teaching herself how to cook.
