Lindsey Carpenter

Lindsey Carpenter is an attorney at NTUF’s Taxpayer Defense Center. She focuses on protecting taxpayer rights across the nation through legal advocacy, research, and litigation.

Before joining NTUF, Lindsey served as a judicial law clerk on the North Carolina Court of Appeals. She also interned for former Virginia Governor Robert McDonnell and the American Center for Law and Justice. In addition to her legal work, Lindsey is fluent in Mandarin, Chinese, and has participated in various China-focused humanitarian efforts.

Lindsey obtained her B.A. from Wake Forest University, graduated with Honors from Regent University School of Law on a Dean’s Scholarship, and received her L.L.M. in Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine University School of Law. She is admitted to practice law in Virginia.
