Eric Lee is an attorney at NTUF’s Taxpayer Defense Center and is responsible for litigating high-impact tax cases in both state and federal court. Eric also plays a key role in the TDC’s amicus practice, regularly preparing amicus briefs in appellate cases across the county.
Eric is a litigator with significant trial experience. He previously served as an Assistant Attorney General for the Illinois Attorney General’s Office in Chicago.
Eric is a graduate of Washington University School of Law. During law school, he served on the Global Studies Law Review and competed in Moot Court. He is admitted to the bar in New York and Illinois.
