Welcome to our Marketplace Fairness Act Action Page! Thank you for taking the time to call your Senators and urge them to oppose this Internet sales tax scheme. Follow the easy steps below to help tip the balance!

1.) Call your Senator: 1-877-976-3119

Use this TOLL-FREE number to connect with the Senate switchboard. Ask to speak with your Senator’s office and the operator will connect you. When you reach your Senator’s office, politely ask that your Senator votes “NO” on S. 743, the Marketplace Fairness Act. If you need talking points, click here.

When you’re done talking to one Senator, call the toll-free number again to speak to the other. Then continue to step 2.

2.) Join the conversation on Facebook to tell us how your call went. We need this valuable feedback to make our campaign against MFA more effective.
